Detailed description of the Caring for the Destination Initiative:
On this tour, we ensure that the advantages of tourism are dispersed beyond just Alanya, and into other small surrounding villages, and that all negative environmental impacts are mitigated.
During this tour, participants will visit local villages, and have the opportunity to support the community through purchasing local handicrafts, souvenirs, food and drinks. You then head off to the Turkish countryside to learn and appreciate this natural environment, and the need for tourism to care for it. All of our staff are trained and educated about environmental conservation, and all practices are adhered in order to promote preservation, and restrict any damage to the local environment.
