- After check-out the guests can leave their luggage in the luggage room free of charge and can still use the hotel facilities except access to rooms.
- For late check-outs reception must be informed at least a day before the check-out date.
- Late check-outs are subject to availability and are subject to an extra charge according to seasonal late check-out rates of the hotel.
- Children discounts are valid only when sharing with 2 full paying adults.
- The first infants or child aged between 3 and 11 stay free of charge.
- If 2 adults share with 2 children in the same standard room then the second child receives a 50% discount.
- In Family rooms children discounts are applicable only when sharing with 3 full paying adults.
- Cancellations made 8 days prior to check-in date receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 8 days of check-in date and no-shows will incur a fee of 3 nights accommodation.
- Rooms are kept on the check-in date until 12:00 p.m. After this time if the check-in is not realized then the hotel may start the no-show process.
- If guests will arrive late please inform the hotel management in order to keep the room reserved.
- In the case of unused room due to late arrival no refunds apply.
