- Cancellations made within 8 days of check-in date and no-shows will incur a fee of 3 nights accommodation.
- Rooms are kept on the check-in date until 12:00 p.m. After this time if the check-in is not realized then the hotel may start the no-show process.
- If guests will arrive late please inform the hotel management in order to keep the room reserved.
- In the case of unused room due to late arrival no refunds apply.
